ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - SHOPPER MARKETING | Tracy Locke | Bentonville, AR

Qualifications
- BA or BS
- Work experience: 8+ years with a minimum of 5 years agency experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
Provides and supports clear vision for brand growth
Directs team to implement strategic roadmap and execute creative work product
- Operations Management
Assists GAD with operations and team management
- Team Development
Sets clear goals and standards that all understand and support
Coaches and mentors team for career development
Fosters a positive, cohesive working environment and resolves personnel issues
Serves as team leader on major initiatives/key projects and publicizes team wins

Works with client to develop focused objectives & strategies

Lead agency contact for photoshoots and focus groups
